Vitality Unlimited extends its reach and services into multiple layers of the northern Nevada community by supporting individuals and families in coping with life’s challenges to provide a social safety net for the state. Along with Drug Testing Collections, Vitality offers the following key programs:

PALS – Pets Assisting in Lifting Spirits
The PALS pet therapy program pairs lost souls with lost souls – unwanted dogs and cats give and find love for individuals and families in Vitality Center and Vitality Living facilities. More >>

Employee Assistance Program
Vitality Center is a provider for Employee Assistance Programs throughout the western United States. Our personnel can provide assistance by counseling employees and their family members who have problems with:

• Finances
• Marital relationships
• Gambling
• Stress
• Psychological issues
• Alcohol or other drugs

If your company, union, or other group would like to set up an Employee Assistance or other contract agreement with Vitality Center for your employees or group members, contact Vitality Center's main facility in Elko, Nevada.

Keys to Happiness and Healthy Relationships
12-Session Workshops for Women.
Vitality Center regularly sponsors unique twelve-session workshops for women, Keys to Happiness and Healthy Relationships, at least three times annually in fall, winter, and spring. This progressive series of weekly sessions will teach women to effectively set boundaries, improve relationships, and handle anger, rejection, anxiety, shame, intimacy, unmet expectations, and more.  More >>

Straight talk about alcohol and other drugs.
Upon request, Vitality Center will provide dynamic, highly-qualified speakers on alcohol and other drug topics for schools, churches, conferences, civic organizations, and other groups.
